A care schedule the whole family can see

A family administrator schedules shifts — which family member or caregiver is with the person, on which day and at what time.

The week view shows who's covering each day, who has confirmed, and any uncovered gaps — so “nobody scheduled 1:00–5:00 PM” is visible before it becomes a problem, not after.

The scheduled person is asked to confirm and can reply YES to accept or NO to decline right from their phone. On a decline, the administrators are told immediately so the shift can be reassigned.

On the Today screen, one line always shows who is with them now or next.
