Privacy Policy

Your account. Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number.

Care information you enter. Care Team members, everyday help and tasks, appointments, medication lists, messages, voice messages and documents you add to your family's Care Team.

Text message permissions. When someone confirms they have permission to text an invitee, or when you opt in to receive texts yourself, we store that confirmation with the mobile number and the date and time it was given.

Basic technical records. Sign-in activity and simple, privacy-conscious usage counts that help us keep the service working and secure. We do not use advertising trackers.

To run Famly Link: to show your Care Team the information they are permitted to see, to send the invitations, reminders and alerts you ask for, to take payment for a paid plan, to keep accounts secure, and to answer support requests.

We do not use your family's care information to advertise to you, and we do not use it to train third-party advertising or profiling systems.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile numbers and opt-in records are used only to deliver the Famly Link texts you or your family organizer asked for. Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider solely for that purpose. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or by turning text messages off in the app's Notification settings. See our text messages page for details.

Only the people in your Care Team, and only the parts their role and permissions allow. Permissions are enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the app.

We use a small number of service providers to operate Famly Link — hosting and database, payment processing, email delivery and text message delivery. They may only process information on our instructions and for those purposes.

We keep information for as long as your account and Care Team exist. You can export your information or ask for your account to be deleted from Settings. Choosing a smaller plan never deletes anything.

Famly Link is for adults. It is not intended for children under 13.
